Where is Clearidge?

Clearidge is located in west Anacortes, above the San Juan Ferry Terminal. Main access is from Oakes Avenue (Highway 20) onto Glasgow Way.  For greater detail, see the Clearidge Division Plat/Map documents on the Documents page.

How many homes are in Clearidge?

Clearidge is comprised of 199 properties, including 191 homes and 8 vacant lots.  

Is HOA membership required?

As stated in our Bylaws, membership is strictly voluntary.

Where can I find the CC&R's? (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions)

All documents pertaining to Clearidge, including the Bylaws, can be found on the Documents page.

What about annual dues?

Clearidge HOA has annual voluntary dues of $60 for 2024.  That’s just 16¢ a day, or $5/month.  Dues support maintenance of our frontage, website, meeting and ballot mailings, plus other requirements and expenses.  We ask our property owners to support the HOA both financially and by volunteering if (or when) you can.

Is there an online way to report suspicious activity or other concerning issues in the Clearidge community?

Yes, the Clearidge Neighborhood Watch group on Facebook is a private group in which only members can see who's in the group and what they post. Members can post issues and see/post responses to those issues. As of January 2024 there are 59 members in the group.
